Join Sheila Ewers with special guests Tami Roberts and Kember Griffiths in one of the most unspoiled natural environments in the world…

Learn from the earth how to honor your untamed, divine, feminine soul.

The Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica is one of the most biodiverse places on earth, home to more than half of the animal species in all of Central America, largely undeveloped, untamed, and unspoiled. It is the perfect place to let your hair down, step away from the expectations of your daily life, and remember what it feels like to be wildly feminine and divine in the company of other conscious women.

Over the course of our 8 day, 7 night retreat, awaken to the sounds of the jungle every morning, swim in the tranquil Gulfo Dulce right outside your doorstep, practice yoga and meditation daily, participate in women's circles of storytelling, truth telling, and self-discovery, dine on nutritious, beautifully crafted cuisine, and remember who you were before the world stepped in and told you who you should be.

This is a chance to re-discover, re-wild and re-awaken the most precious aspects of YOU.

The accommodations are chic and beauifully crafted, but to maximize sustainability, there is no air conditioning in all but 4 of the rooms. If you desire air-conditioning, please let Sheila know at the time of registration. Rooms with A.C. will be assigned according to when the request is received and cannot be guaranteed. We will be there in the dry season, and the evenings are pleasantly cool. You will have fans in your room to keep you comfortable in the evenings, and the gorgeous pool and Gulfo Dulce to keep you cool in the daytime.
