Join Sheila Ewers and Liz Hays (aka Ms. Magic!) for an unforgettable week of discovery!
Women, and those who identify as women, discover your highest potential in this intimate, exclusive, whole-self nurturing exploration in the powerful landscape of Amorgos, Greece.
Connect With Your Inner Goddess
This retreat is designed for all women and those who identify as female to discover the sacred nature of their inner essence. We will use the mythology of Greek Goddesses alongside the primary female archetypes first identified by Carl Jung as a template for transformative experience. In the powerful landscape of Amorgos, Greece, experiences will include conscious movement and yoga, writing, inner child discovery, meditation, breath work, dance, and ceremony to help you realize the fullness of your feminine potential. Activities on the island will complement your inner work as we hike hills covered in sage through ancient villages, swim hidden caves in the translucent Aegean Sea, meet local wisdom holders, eat sumptuous foods and savor the opportunity to embrace stillness. Join with mothers, daughters, friends, sisters, and partners to discover your highest potential in this intimate, exclusive, whole-self nurturing exploration

Travel Details
US Citizens traveling to Greece need a current passport. Check the expiration date to make sure that it does not expire within 6 months of your trip. Visas are not required.
Concerns about the European Economy have had very little effect on tourism in Greece, especially outside the capital. ATMs may limit the amount of money you may withdraw, so it is advisable to manage your cash accordingly. Most small businesses prefer cash transactions, but larger hotels and transport companies usually accept Master Card and Visa.
Stay abreast of any travel advisories through the US State Department Website.
The remote location of Amorgos works like a natural filter keeping crowds small and the island unspoiled. From the United States, you will fly to Athens. You should plan to arrive at least one day before the start of the retreat.
Option 1: Ferry from Athens
Ferries run between Athens and the ports of Katapola and Aegialis on either Seajets or Blue Star. The Seajets boats are smaller and less comfortable but usually travel faster. Blue Star is very spacious with multiple seating options and the opportunity for a sleeping cabin if you book early enough. If you take the ferry to and from Athens(Departing from either Piraeus or Rafina), the trip will last approximately 7-8 hours. You can book tickets through ferryhopper.com The hotel will arrange transport to and from the ferry terminal for you.
Option 2: Ferry from Santorini or Naxos
Flights are plentiful and inexpensive between Athens and Santorini or Athens and Naxos and the Ferry ride from either one is approximately 1-3 hours. Travel typically takes place midday.
